Completed registration forms with payment are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the tour is full (seats are limited, so don’t delay). Check-in at the host hotel parking lot will be from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on Tues., May 16. Additional option for those wanting to stay Mon., May 15, is outlined below.
Mon., May 15 – Optional Evening CBCIA Welcome Reception (Add $150 for additional room night)
Registration Includes: Bus Transportation, Meals and Overnight Stays at Fairfield Marriott, 3301 Countryside Dr., Turlock, CA for Tues., May 16, Wed., May 17; and Thurs., May 18.
If staying Mon., May 15, add $150 to the fee below for the additional hotel night.
Single Occupancy before 4/1/2023: $350
Couple Occupancy before 4/1/2023: $400
Student before 4/1/2023 (limited number): $200
If the tour is not full by 4/1/2023, reservations will be accepted for an additional $50 to be added to the above tour pricing (by type).
No refunds will be given after tour has been reserved however, you may transfer your tour registration by April 1, 2023, to another person by contacting Lisa at the CCA Office with the new name(s).
