PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS 
Phillip Dye, a qualified burn boss, will lead a two-hour session on the basics of prescribed burning for fuel-load management and ecological restoration. He will cover the options for conducting prescribed burning, the logistics of coordinating a burn including permitting requirements.
