2026 CALIFORNIA CATTLEMEN’S ASSOCIATION INTERNSHIP

CCA is seeking interns for the 2026 California Cattlemen’s Association and California Cattlewomen’s Convention and California Cattle Industry Tradeshow taking place Dec. 2-4 at the Atlantis Casino Resort in Reno, Nevada. 

Selected interns will help run CCA’s tradeshow booth, onsite registration desk, and other behind the scenes tasks at the event. Interns will also have the opportunity to attend select meetings of interest, general sessions and the tradeshow. 

Interns will receive complimentary lodging, convention registration, and a cash meal stipend. Additionally, interns will get to interact with CCA leadership, staff, and member ranchers from all corners of California at the best attended meeting of the year. 

To apply for CCA’s 2026 Annual Convention Internship, please fill out the application and attach a resume and cover letter explaining why you’d like to serve as an intern. 

Applicants must be a young, regular or feeder member of the California Cattlemen’s Association and must be currently enrolled in a junior college, four-year college, or graduate program. High school students are not eligible. 

Applications must be returned in full to the California Cattlemen’s Association office by Friday, October 9, 2026, at 11:59pm PST via email to Gracie at gracie@calcattlemen.org. Application materials must be combined into one PDF for the document to be accepted. 

Applications will be screened based on satisfaction of relevant criteria and selected interns will be contacted with further details regarding the internship.
