DESCRIPTION:The 2026 California Cattlemen’s Association and California Cattlewomen’s Convention and California Cattle Industry Tradeshow will be Dec. 2-4 at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno\, Nevada. \nClick on the quick links below to jump directly to the information you’re looking for or scroll through this entire page. \nTradeshow Exhibitor Registration (Now open!)\nConvention Sponsorships (Now available!)\nCollegiate Opportunities\n\n\nEXHIBITOR REGISTRATION\n \nThe California Cattlemen’s Association invites you to exhibit at the 2026 California Cattle Industry Tradeshow held in conjunction with the CCA & CCW Annual Convention. \nPlease download the Exhibitor Agreement and Registration Packet to learn more about the details and rules of exhibiting at this year’s tradeshow show or call the CCA office at (916) 444-0845.  \nReserve your booth online or by submitting the packet below via mail\, email or fax. \n2026 Booth Space Details:\nBooth spaces are 10’x10’ and include: backdrape\, side rail\, ID sign\, one six foot skirted table\, two side chairs and one wastebasket. \n\n\n\n\n# of booths\n\n\nCCA and Member Price\n\n\nNon-Member Price\n\n\n\nOne booth\n$550\n$650\n\n\nTwo booths\n$900\n$1\,000\n\n\nThree booths\n$1\,050\n$1\,150\n\n\nFour booths\n$1\,200\n$1\,300\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBooth assignments are made based on membership status and participation in Association events throughout the year including event sponsorship\, attendance at Allied Industry meetings\, participating in scholarship interviews\, assisting with fundraisers for scholarships or serving in a leadership role. While we value all industry partners\, organizations that participate more in the CCA are given priority in terms of booth placement. Initial booth space reservations will be taken through Friday\, October 9. The weeklong internship provides students with a hands-on and behind-the-scenes view of all the working parts of putting on a convention. Interns assist with registration\, directing attendees\, running the CCA merchandise table and much more. Additionally\, interns have the opportunity to connect with industry leaders\, and attend select meetings\, general sessions\, and the tradeshow with a complimentary registration. \nTo apply fill out this application\, and send in a resume and cover letter detailing why you would like to serve as a convention intern to gracie@calcattlemen.org by Friday\, Oct. 9\, at 11:59 p.m. PST.
